IT’S ALMOST HERE!!!! The 2019 Christmas Bazaar is just around the corner – November 9th, 9:00-3:00. The elves have been working hard to make it happen. Now we need your help. In the coming weeks, we need:
- Baked items for the baked goods table
- Donations for the White Elephant Room (leave on the stage)
- Donations for the Silent Auction (the bigger the better)
- Workers for the day of the bazaar
We can plan and create but without helping hands, we will not have the grand event for which we are known in the community. Please consider helping in some way. Every contribution helps.
Our musicians on the morning of the bazaar will be Joyce Summers, The Joyful Noise Hand Bell Choir, AGAPE, the Frederick Community College Flute Choir and our own Dr. Ray Moreland. Following music, we will have a delicious luncheon of homemade soups, sandwiches and desserts. We also have 21 vendors and beautiful crafts available. Don’t forget to purchase your holiday homemade cheeseballs. They freeze well.
Look for our advertisements in the Frederick Newspost (including the 72 Hour section, Community Calendar and Three for the Road), the Frederick Magazine (an article about us and a date on their calendar) and WFRE morning community events. Our bazaar is the first one of the season in downtown Frederick. Please put it on your calendar and join us for a lovely day of true church community. Hope to see you there.
